Kiethe you are not a man of your word you made a promise to compinsate an unsatisfied potential buyer than after a failed attempt to sell a 600 dollar carberater you did not order the carb kit that we(your asst. Manager Bubba) had agread on under your instruction. I am disapointed in your failure as an owner and sure lack of any pr skills. Our service was horrible. The two ladies at the front didn't have a nice attitude at all. When we asked for our parts the lady claimed they were all out. Apparently they were out of a lot of things and weren't very helpful when we asked for more information to go to another place. Won't be shopping here again... Summerville Napa

Napa auto on freya in Spokane Washington, called in to get a price quote and got put on hold for 15+minutes then hung up called back and guy asked if he could put me on hold I went to say no and he put me back on hold. Called Nappa store Smithsfalls to see in they had a clear coat that we had bought at Nappa Brockville he told us he did..we drove 45 minutes to pick it up...we were treated HORRIBLY by a short guy with glasses and a moustache...i will never darken Smithsfalls Nappa store again they have rotten customer service !@

Went to have a caliper bolt replaced,,The replacement bolt provided was clearly the wrong size,,I brought the Caliper at Napa and the the salesman insisted the replacement bolt was the correct size,,We put the new bolt and the old bolt side by side and they didnt match,,He could not give me any explanation nor was intersted in resolveing the issue,,He called me POPPY and asked me to either buy the replacement bolt (which was the wrong size) or... After spending $25+ in the store and being told by store employees I could park my 18 wheeler across the street for my 10 hr break of which the majority was after the store closed the police woke me up half way into my break because they were informed by the store owner I was not allowed to be there.... I have had the worst experience every at the Napa auto parts in banks Oregon the short gray haired man is very rude claims to be the manager treats customers like *** and won't look me in the eye very shady character, I go here because I live here and don't want to drive to forest grove , if you shop here watch out for the little creepy manager rude not helpful walks in the back and back in the front lots of times has a bad attitude. I purchase a front hub Napa. The part has a 1 year warranty. The hub Failed after only 3 months Napa. Napa Will NOT replace without a receipt. At my local "good ol boy" napa here in dover tn I ordered and payed for oil I needed for my atv. When I went to pick it up I was told they had sold it to another customer. Nothing was done about it and was basically told I had to deal with it and plus I now have to wait out the weekend to get my money back!
