New ReviewerI day after I wrote emails both to NAPA and on this site the District Manager emailed me, informing me that he would honor the rebates immediately. I quickly received, via FEDEX, the visa check cards. It's good to know that their quality control is so aggressive in resolving issues.
I purchased front and rear brake kits, told both from in the store and over the phone that they would qualify for rebates. After having to submit the rebate three times due to their website being of poor quality or unknown reasons I noticed that they were only going to honor one of the rebates.
I called and the specialists apologized and told me that she would fix the problem and I would receive an e-mail in a few minutes. The following day I received an email telling me that neither of my brake kits qualified.
I immediately called and requested a supervisor who told me despite being told by all these employees that I would receive a rebate, due to the exemptions the model numbers of my break parts don't qualify. Even if I can't access these exemptions and apparently neither could anyone else.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $50.
Preferred solution: I want the $50 rebate I was assured repeatly..
Napa Auto Parts Pros: Friendly.
Napa Auto Parts Cons: Misleading.
Location: Anchorage, Alaska

Most rebates are a scam....I expect it; but I jumped the hurdles to request one on a battery I just bought for my Dadโs truck....if I get it I will respond here...if I donโt-you can bet I will respond as well.
