Needed a simple but critical part. I was in the process of flushing out the old coolant in my Jeep so I thought to replace the thermostat as preventive maintenance even though the old one was doing fine. I was mistakenly under the impression that I would be getting a...

I went to a certified Napa auto care provider to get my truck fixed. I bought Napa parts and paid Napa prices. When the part failed (rear wheel bearing ) Napa has back peddeled and played the blame game, they don't want to fix my truck or the problems their bearing...

Felt terrified and not welcome. I walked in to the Napa Auto Parts store in Appomattox Virginia, as soon as I got half way to the counter all I could hear the men that was working saying. MF. MF. I've never walked into a store of business and heard employees talk that. I was afraid to go up there after that so I walked out. Poor management and customer service.

Last week Monday I ordered a water pump, spark plug and a timing belt and they said they would call me to let me know when it arrives. I called them yesterday and they said shipment arrived today so I went to the store to pick up my orders and all the employees just...

O.K. when I order parts from an auto parts store, and pay them my hard earned money for the parts I expect to get the parts in a timely manner. Well, it would seem that NAPA Auto Parts does not feel that once they had my money it was their responsibility to deliver on...

In December, 2014 I purchased a water pump and timing belt from NAPA for a 2002 Mercury Villager, 3.3L. The Ford dealer installed the parts for me. High labor location. As soon as the engine was started (then), the water pump had a noisy bearing. No one's fault but...

I have not been impressed with the Corona Napa store in a few years now but this experience really insulted me. I ordered a big rig hub socket from a counter person named Lauren and she told me it would be a day and a half before it would arrive from San Diego and that...
