A Napa representative damaged my car

I went to the store in Rio Rancho, New Mexico last Saturday and the employee named Mike was wearing his mask under his chin, which is extremely dangerous in a pandemic!!! I will.NEVER shop in a Napa store again! He was breaking the law and creating a huge public danger!!!! How could you allow this?

i went to your store in altoona pa union ave to recycle my oil that your website says to do at that location the counter person says they dont take oil i said your websight does i drove 9 miles out of my way i bought a 5 qt jug of oil while i was there if i knew before i would of never bought anything there your DM need to do his job they also told me none of the hours are right on the sight either maybe u need a new district mgr and store mgr ........................

They did not give me a refund because I lost my receipt.

The store did not give me a refund on a starter because I lost my receipt. A new unused starter and I have been contacting customer service and all they say is that a manager will call me back to resolve my issue. No one ever calls. It has been more than a year and a half that I have been trying to get my refund.

Back on 3/11/2020, we purchased TWO Interstate Batteries from our local NAPA store. While there we saw that we qualify for the NAPA Rewards, which we applied for. The total for the two batteries was $349.98, not including tax. According to their rewards program that entitles us to $15. A $5 discount for every $100 spent. Since that time we have been sending emails to NAPA, which they reply that we will hear from the REWARDS team in TWO business days. It now has been MORE than Three Months. And still NO reply, NOR Rewards has been received.

I ordered a part and it was missing something off it so I ordered that part too and they sead I would have it bye 5:30 and I whated tell after 6 and it still never arrived

I had a shop working own my car and had it all taken apart I ordered a power steering pump and it was like 193.99 and then found out after word it was missing the breather air switch for the power steering pump so I went back and ordered that part so I could get the car finished and get my car back and when I ordered it they sead I would have the part bye 5:30 and I never wound up getting the part so my car had to stay in the shop and they have to what tell tommrow to finish my car and thenperso. That was working own it was sapost to have to day off so he now has to come in own his day off and finish my car and its costing me even more money cause the employee ate Napa auto parts in norco off Hamden are straight lieres and can't just tell u the truth instead of make u thing one thing and it realy being another I wound up spending over 500 dollers today and don't fill like the customer service wass meet to the need of what I was needing done even after I forked out over 500 dollers in parts and randeam stuff in store I got I'm now haven to pay even more cause the car had to stay I. The shop all cause they could not keep there word about getting the part and I'm not realy happy about this

I was refused service in your Pahrump, NV store yesterday because i could not wear a mask. I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing anything on my face. I have always gone to NAPA first for auto parts and have been taken care of. This no mask-no service attitude, no questions asked is wrong. Would they refuse to let a wheelchair in? My condition is just as severe as a need for a wheelchair. It is a disability i received while in the Army. I can now see why the parking lot is empty and the other guys is not and the BBB will not rate you. I will not return to your store and you have offended me in a world that is sue happy. I do believe there is a violation or the ADA. I have been discriminated against.

Turned away from store

I was stopped at the door and turned away from my local Napa I was told a mask was a requirement and I have to wear it I am an American you will not violate my civil rights and you will require nothing of me our business days are over Napa please don't be sheep we are not God you cannot do God's work Don't require me to trust another man and be forced to do what everybody else is doing it's wrong

I bet you are the same kind of person that is all for companies discriminating against people based on religious rights, but now you are mad that you are turned away because they use their rights to require a mask to protect their staff. It's no different than no shoes, no shirt, no service. Get over it.

Napa sales cheap quality parts

I used to swear by Napa auto parts but in the last few years I have only gotten junk parts from them, they carry their Napa line and it is junk, cheapest quality they can find and they are expensive..... I was a loyal customer for years but not any more they have lost all of my business....

I always thought the NAPA parts were made in the good old USA, imagine my disappointment when I started to put Napa into the "Made in the USA" app so I can order at the touch of a finger. They don't qualify! Come back to America Napa, we don't mind paying an extra 10% for quality products.

I purchased 5 quarts of Mobile #1 Synthetic motor oil to receive a Free Cooler. They did not even stock the oil said they don't sell much. I mailed the from in on March 17, 2020 and I called back June 19,9 2020 they said they ran out. Promo was from March 1-31 2020 must be mailed and received by April 14, 2020. If your going to run a promotion they give the prize. This SUCKS. Good way to lose your customers.

Worst customer service experience and no refund on a faulty part!!

GHorrible horrible customer service and then wouldnt refund me on a 250$ faulty part! They will just give me warranty on the part!

Dont need a warranty on a part. I need a working part the first time I buy it!! I dont have time to come back and exchange all your faulty *** parts! So wasted gas no refund on 250$ horrible customer service and Ive reached out to corporate 3 times in 2 weeks with no reply!

What a terrible horrible horrible place. When I want a part from them they expect me to pay it all at once, not pay a little here and come back and pay the rest later. When I pay my hard earned money I expect he part to work the first time and have some respect when Im in there facilities! That didnt happen!

Please take your business elsewhere. They dont give a damn about there customers!!!!

Ordered online for 30 minute pickup. Waited four hours for a message it was ready. I finally called the pick up store and they had no record of the order. Contacted NAPA via chat and that was a waste of time. Ryan could not find anything about the order and told me to contact the pick up store. I had already done that. Now, no products, don't know if or when I will get them and paid through PayPal. So, I have products paid for, needed but don't have. Never again with this company.

The manager came up and kept watch at everything I was looking at and they all greet with complete additute. However, they couldn't pull up or order a bearing I wanted. In addition to all that I was kept at 3-4 watch at things I was inspecting, while other people where around. I did ask for help, I didn't deny the help in looking for things and well also asked a question that the manager couldn't even give me information about. Lastly, with the harrasment going on in the kingsville tx, 78363 facility, I honestly do not like going there because of the additute they give off. So from now on I'll continue to order from other online out side sources aside from Napa "know how".

My mom had took a 2010 Dodge charger hemi 5.7 LV8 into the auto parts store they replace the water pump twice it has a warranty but when I went to go look it has made the radiator fan go out and there was a lot of stuff that was not tightened in correctly
