User's recommendation: Don’t buy online. Don’t count on customer service. 5 times I called, 5 times I was told they would look into it & e-mail me back, 5 times I haven’t heard a word. I still have no idea if they canceled my order, or will I get my order some year. NAPA customer service, sucks! All I wanted was a answer to what is going on. But I guess their just to busy to return calls, which I would of thought, was their job. Oh well, I’m not the one paying their salary, to do nothing.
Won't warranty battery only 11 months old

I want to cancel an order, I sent a email to cancel. I got a email say I needed to call the customer service.
I called customer service first thing in the morning. They told me I couldn't cancel the order. I told this unacceptable. The customer send a email to the warehouse asking them to cancel the order.
I don't understand why a staff member couldn't send a email to the warehouse, but has the ability to send me one saying the can't cancel my order. I was told they couldn't cancel the order even though the order was not picked nor in the picking process. I was then told I have to pay the shipping and I could return the item to the store. I then asked for the tracking number so I could deny the shipment now.
I haven't heard anything back. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever heard of or had in my life.
Just went to pick up my in store order and they didn't have my brake pass.
Why would you send me a email saying it was ready to pick up? You have lost a customer for life.

Get rid of the Customer service in Cottonwood Ca, I have complained about his customer service in the past. I have spent over $23,356.86 at this site Napa in Cottonwood Ca, So I made a valid point to my last email that my company would not use that store anymore.
I had instructed my staff to go out of their way 7 miles and go to O'Rileys in Anderson Ca. to get all parts. Well, I received a phone call from Napa and customer service, explaining those were not company-owned stores. The issue was supposed to be resolved.
My company continued to get our parts for our repair service on cars and houseboats at the at other Napa locations in Anderson, Redding, and Shasta Lake City. Friday the 23rd we were in a pinch and needed parts, it was 4:30 Pm could've not had the customer's car done like we agreed on, so I asked my parts pickup person to go Cottonwood Napa site, I have not shopped there for 2 months. Well, you guessed it, by now the CSR behind the counter was the same greyed headed old man with goatee.
This employee refused to lookup a part number that I got off your website. His reason was he needed to know what kind of carburetor we were working on.
My employee stated heres the part number off your Napa website, can you just look it up and sell me the parts? The Napa employee once again refused to do his job and not sell the part to my employee This infuriated me!!! From now on my company will no longer shop at any Napa Store up North.
Napa has lost my houseboat business and pleasure crafts, and automotive service. We did not resolve this issue in Cottonwood Ca, like they promised me.
I realize this is a little of your business, being you dont own these sites, but in all the North State stores lose thousands of dollars of my company business.
I have instructed my staff not to shop at any Napa
Napa has the worst customer service in Cottonwood Ca, the other stores are great on customer service, except for Anderson Ca, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree 2 miles away from Cottonwood. Goals make up a company, and all employees must adhere to them. Respect, interested in serious customer service, collaboration, integrity, commitment, competency. Im committed and have high communication with my customers, and when I promise them their vehicle on Friday, they pick it up on Friday..
The customer could not retrieve their vehicle when promised, because of the poor service.
All your staff had to do is lookup the part number the website said it was in stock, he refused a sale. What a joke..
