compramos este motor en Napa main store en Phoenix Az Phone Number (602) 272-5611 en 05/30/2014 invoice # 404554 vin number del truck 1gde6h1p5pj511458 lo reporte desde el primer dia.un ano y medio después les volvi a llamar para llenar un reclamo y se me fue negado por que dicen que ya había pasado la garantía.

fui a un mecánico y también les llamo y le dijeron que yo les dije que mi camion era de mas de 11 toneladas y por eso me negaron la garantía ahora tengo que volver a comprar un motor nuevo que cuesta la rededor de 3,500 dólares yo le recomiendo a la gente que no compre mas motores en napa y si le compran pregunten bien cuando y en que condiciones se puede hacer el reclamo el mío supuestamente tenia 3 años de garantia" jajajajaja de risa su disque garantía e gastado de mecanico en mecánico para que me arreglen este motor pero todos dicen que es mejor cambiarlo completo ahora tengo que buscar un auto parts que me buena garantía, Napa solo es bueno en partes para carros pequeños.jodido estoy ahora gastando y gastando dinero cuando teniendo supuestamente Garantía me jodi por completo
