I was contacted by Napa on 06/07, they stated I was being raised to a Level 2 customer service and that I would be contaex 24-47 hours. Guess what, I have yet to hear from them. I will never go back to Napa again.

After talking with NAPA rep, I was told there were no PCM’s in n there system. Was told that they needed to send my off to have it reprogrammed.

That took a month. Put it back on my truck and nothing. Took truck to local shop and he told me PCM wa shot. Couldn’t be fixed.

Nor was it ever fixed by NAPA. Shop also told me that reprogramming can be done on the PCM.

I spend $103 for nothing. Not very happy and would like a refund.
