Walked into store 3 counter people no other in store customers. I stood at counter 2 counter guys on phone 1 leaning on wall. No acknowledgement of me I found part I wanted stood at counter and waited now only 1 guy on phone and after 2 minutes I said f it put part back in rack and went to advanced auto

I would have left it on the counter. It's that way in the Jackson ms area too.

They use to have several stores around town.

Now they only have 3 there saying is Napa Know How it should be Napa NO How They have very little experience. If they can't look it up in the computer they don't have it no one knows how to look in a spec book and find it.
