Local NAPA Gives a hard time when I HAVE too exchange both batteries I have a F-350 6.0 Diesel and if the batteries are off a hair it will not fire up.. I’ve exchanged these HIGH end Costly Batteries 2X .. I am the one inconvenienced stranded Get back test batteries...

Napa Auto Parts - Not an honest dealer

In my opinion there was a disreguard for the truth and bringing the battery in to have napa themselves inspect the battery , wasnt how they wanted to handle the issue , just as easy to tell me to go fly a kite

Napa Auto Parts - No response

I had tire rod replaced at Napa in order to pass inspection. 4000 miles later I'm replacing the same tire rod. I was told since it wasn't lubed they wouldn't give me the warranty. After 4000 miles? I called customer service and after being promised numerous call backs from a regional manager I have heard nothing. Bullshit

They must be making a lot of money they could not even look up and say I’ll be with you in a minute. 3 or 4 people behind the counter. Wanted front and back brakes and rotors. Guess not big enough. They wouldn’t know. They didn’t ask, and I’m sure they saw me wake out the door, it was 15 ft away
