Napa Auto Parts - Napa batteries hav cost me lots of money. 3 Napa batteries hav gone bad in less than 2 years, same vehicle. According to gm certified technicians; Internal short.

Within the past year and a half 3 Napa suv batteries have gone bad! GM certified technicians say theres an internal short. Its cost me several tiw bills.

Napa Auto Parts - Very horrible

They listened for about 3 minutes and then hung up and now they will not take my calls shame on you your local store is trying to bully me i wont let it happen and ill go get a lawyer Angry

Napa Auto Parts - Customer service at your Goulds store is herrendous

Manager is overwhelmed always.. When Manager is at the store. Employees cant make decision. I have been shopping at this locatio. For over 10 yrs. Almost daily. I have thousands of $$$ to show for it. Something has to be done!! Everyone complaints but cant communicate with you all because they are mechanics and have no idea on how to use email. Great employees but bad dirrection!!

Napa Auto Parts - Not an honest dealer

In my opinion there was a disreguard for the truth and bringing the battery in to have napa themselves inspect the battery , wasnt how they wanted to handle the issue , just as easy to tell me to go fly a kite

Napa Auto Parts - No response

I had tire rod replaced at Napa in order to pass inspection. 4000 miles later I'm replacing the same tire rod. I was told since it wasn't lubed they wouldn't give me the warranty. After 4000 miles? I called customer service and after being promised numerous call backs from a regional manager I have heard nothing. Bullshit
