I ordered an instrument cluster for my vehicle on a thursday, Friday I called to find out when it would be in...nobody could tell me..after a week of no answers, I went in only to find out the part had not been ordered because the only person that knew how was on vacation . I got the run around on the phone instead of the truth. I asked them to order it and have it over nighted at their expense and they said they wouldnt pay for over night.Order from Amazon shipping

Multiple repair parts failure...wheel bearings.rotors, fuel pumps, alternator in short time period.

Over the last five years two fuel pumps, replacement failed needed to be replaced. Over the last 6-8 months wheel bearings 3 separate sets of wheel bearings on one wheel and two rotors. In addition two alternators....replacement failed in a few months and was replaced again 7-31-2021. These failures occurred in remote locations and were warrantee parts so could not be replaced by a different company product.

Was transferred to a auto mechanic and its not someone that can help me. I have a 2001 Itasca RV with a Ford chassis. Coming home one weekend the transmission went out. It was sent to a Ford dealer ship here in Conyers Ga. Call Curtosy Ford. It took them 6 months to replace the transmission o drove about 500 miles at it went out again. The transmission came from NAPA its under warranty.

2nd battery

Not satisfied This is my second battery I bought from yall for one its the wrong size for 2 it was over 200 dollars. When I received this battery it was leaking acid all over my brand new car floor board and got my kids sick. Please write me back ASAP stay blessed. Justin ponder

I am a professional installer. Bought expensive ADO brake pads. Box is missing the hardware, they made me use up 1.5 hours of shop time to go back to the store to get missing hardware. That is over $100 of my time lost. Rotor had been opened and was pretty rusted in spots. I can get same poor quality at half the price at other stores. Napa.... No How! No Way!go

Returned defective parts with reciept, manager refuse to replace parts

The manager refuse to exchange the parts because they were made in mexico. i dont know where the parts come from, i bought them there. i also looked at all complaints against napa injustify negotiations. please dont buy parts from these people again.who is running this shame on the people. the BBB gave them an F...wow in my book thats bad.dond

Repair experience

my boyfriend and I have a 2012 volkswagon jetta, driving it on interstate 81 the ecm light came on. We contacted Napa also known as mainstreet tire and collision they came got the car we told them we needed the ecm issue fixed and the strut on the tires done. They did everything else besides the ecm issue. The tps is still the jssue after they called us to get it. When we got the car the ecm lignt still on the guy reassured me it was fine. Driving home still doing the same thing. I called him back, response was bring it back fix the original issue for 500 more dollars. Im very unsatisfied...now he wont return my calls. Hi I have a problem maybe someone can help me. I bought a water pump for my 2020 Chevy Silverado and unfortunately it was the wrong water pump. I have the receipt, but do not have the box thay it came in. The box was already in pretty bad shape when i bought it and it was destroyed. So im trying to return it but I am being refused because I dont have the box. Please help me. I have never had this problem anywhere else but I figured I would give your business a shot but this is pretty bad service.

Not very good service

I used your Arrowhead store in Virginia Beach, Va. and the service that I received was the worst. I took my car in there for and electrical problem. They found out the problem but when I took them the used part they could not put the part on the car to make my car start, and they charged $259.00 dollars for the diagnosis. Worst service ever

I just went to Napa Auto parts when I contact and today (Tuesday) and on Friday made an appointment but I come in today Tuesday and they tell me I have no appointment on top of that I asked them to check something specifically and they refuse they say that can't be the problem well I don't care it's my money I'm the customer I am asking you to look at a certain thing as far as I'm concerned they are the worst place don't go there I'm going to tell everybody I know do not go to Napa Auto parts they are horrible.

Placed an order on March 18 with free shipping order has not shipped as of 4/5/21. no reason given. Told I could go pick up the product at the local store but would not receive sale price. Talked to Online Manager, Tony, had no clue and did not care about customer service.
