Napa Auto Parts - Will not give a refund

I purchased a wiper motor at Napa about a month ago,they refused my refund because I lost the receit. I have purchased parts from NAPA through out my life. This will never happen to me again. I strongly suggest that you not let it happen to you either. They are crooks.

Napa Auto Parts - Working for cash

Shane at lucknow service centre in lucknow Ontario does quite a few cash jobs to avoid taxes and what not I will call cra to but I figured I'd let yous no to kinda gives a bad name for napa

Napa Auto Parts - Headlight bulb

I came to the store and told them i need a headlight bulb...they gave me what i need then i left.. unfortunately, the one they gave me was a high beam bulb. I have to go back and tell the man the one he gave was a wrong bulb. But because it was already open, i cannot return it...i ended paying for the other bulb..it cost me more money when the incident was not my fault.....
