I have orderer several times from the Napa in Richland ,Ms. It nevers comes in in time even when it is coming from the warehouse across town also it takes for ever to get waited on. Felt terrified and not welcome. I walked in to the Napa Auto Parts store in Appomattox Virginia, as soon as I got half way to the counter all I could hear the men that was working saying. MF. MF. I've never walked into a store of business and heard employees talk that. I was afraid to go up there after that so I walked out. Poor management and customer service.
