Napa Auto Parts - Napa batteries hav cost me lots of money. 3 Napa batteries hav gone bad in less than 2 years, same vehicle. According to gm certified technicians; Internal short.

Within the past year and a half 3 Napa suv batteries have gone bad! GM certified technicians say theres an internal short. Its cost me several tiw bills.

Napa Auto Parts - Idiot manager

im writing a formal complaint becuase my wife bought a very exspensive tractor battery on 4/15/2018. unlike all batteries this one did not come with a little round sticker and the guy telling me we bought it in 2016. i do not have the receipt but i think this guy is doing something fishy. my number 4095546418 ken is my name.

Napa Auto Parts - Store not open on time

Today Sunday November 5th it is now 9:30am & store is not open. Store should open by 9am.There were 6 customers waiting tho 2 have left. 3 employees are waiting outside as well. They are stating the key holder is not here yet to open door. Though he/she should been here 30 mins before open. They are unable contact him/her or anyone else. This is location on Marbach Road in San Antonio Tx.
